Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect in the product.

We will provide you with a return shipping address, and ask that you ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition, and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

We will provide you with an exchange shipping address, and ask that you ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition, and ship the new item(s) to you.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
